Ontraport Announces Rollout Of Major Overhaul

After much eager anticipation, Ontraport has finally rolled out an upgrade. This massive overhaul offers current users a long list of benefits and nifty features to enjoy. These include a complete revamp of the interface, improved workflow, modified task outcome management, improved order forms (including tax and shipping management), improved message management, the introduction of built-in two-way SMS marketing, introduction of new lead source and ROI tracking features, and the addition of a new reporting dashboard.

Ontraport acknowledged that many of its clients rely heavily on the platform it offers. It is for this reason that the new features will be initially released to new subscribers. The rationale behind this is that system issues are easier to pinpoint during initial account setup and not when a business has become totally reliant on the platform.

 

Ontraport has assured current users that once all kinks have been ironed and all hiccups have been fixed, current users can have a taste of these nifty new features come the end of March. Current users who want to be included in the waitlist for migration are advised to log on to their account and to click on the “Add me to waitlist” button that can be found on the left column of the current interface.

 

Along with this major announcement, Ontraport has also announced a referral contest to allow these massive changes to gain traction among more businesses. Winners of the contest can expect prizes and double commissions. Office Autopilot: Subscribe Contacts To A Sequence

There are a few different ways you can subscribe contacts to a sequence. This tutorial, however, will focus on the manual process of doing it.

 

Subscribing a Single Contact

First, go to the contacts screen. To add a single contact to a sequence, click on the contact, and then scroll down to the section called Sequences and Tags. Click on the field called “Sequences,” and then click on the green plus sign; this will open up a list of sequences that you have created thus far. Click the one (or ones – you may click more than one) you want the contact to be subscribed to. Take note that you can also unsubscribe contacts in this way. After this, click “Accept,” and then “Save.” You’ve just subscribed a contact to a sequence.

 

 

Subscribing an Entire Group

To manually add multiple contacts to a sequence at one time, simply select the group you’d like to subscribe to the sequence. If you want every single contact in that group to be added with “All in Group” selected, click “More Actions” and then “Subscribe/Unsubscribe Sequence.” The rest of the process is just the same as that of subscribing a single contact.

If you just want to subscribe to a sequence certain contacts in a group, then just check the box next to their names. At the bottom, choose “With Selected,” and then click “Subscribe/Unsubscribe Sequence.”

To verify the recent addition, go to the new subscribers’ contact record, scroll down to “Sequences and Tags” and see if they are in the list.

OAP and OP together!

OfficeAutopilot now works with OptimizePress. The membership plugin now works together with pages from OptimizePress. They are customizable according to OfficeAutopilot. However, the merging of the two has some problems. Since OP uses redirects for its membership and funnel options, there may be conflicts because rules within PilotPress, which is a plugin in WordPress that supports OAP.

 

New video integration feature

You may now add videos in different formats from Vimeo and YouTube. This eliminates the need to pull videos from your OfficeAutopilot Video Manager and keep ones that are already in Vimeo, youtu.be and YouTube https formats.

 

Add shortcodes with the toolbar

In the page or lesson editor tool bar, you can now hide or show lessons and content with new buttons added.

 

These new updates are just a few of the features that are present in OAP’s membership plugin that allow sending out and organizing lessons to your members a lot easier.
