Live Chat can be accessed through the User Portal. With this new customer service platform, WP Engine users are assured of fast response time as well getting accurate answers to technical problems.

 

Initially released in August 29, the release of the Live Chat capability for customer support is part of WP Engine’s ongoing effort to enable customers to experience the best in WordPress hosting. In turn, the reception for this has been warm.

 

In order to use this feature, all you have to do is log into the WP Engine User Portal. From there, click the Support button which can be found on the upper right corner of your screen. Upon clicking, a dropdown menu will appear. Choose the Start a Live Chat option to begin.

Upon selecting this option, a pop-up window will appear with a WP Engineer ready to answer your questions. Note that this feature is initially available only between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time, GMT – 5.
